• Canada: 7–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on our website.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Vikto Tablecloth is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Vikto Tablecloth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us for assistance.
7. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
